1. General information
The scope of these GTC covers all consulting services provided via the website https://4dconsultingkft.com/.
4D Consulting Kft. is a boutique innovation consultancy offering services such as EIC Accelerator consultation and Horizon Europe innovation consultation. The website allows users to purchase specific hours of consultation online.
To purchase consulting hours, users create an account to view their order history.
2. Subject of the service
The Service Provider sells consulting sessions focused on preparing deep tech projects for EU funding programs.
- 1 hour EIC Accelerator consultation
- 1 hour Horizon Europe innovation consultation
The exact nature and scheduling of these consultations will be arranged following the successful purchase of the service via the website.
3. Order process
3.1 Ordering Services
Clients select the desired consulting package on the Website and proceed to checkout. The Client must provide necessary billing information (Name, Address, Email, VAT number if applicable).
By placing an order, the Client acknowledges that the order entails an obligation to pay.
3.2 Payment
Payments are handled exclusively by our payment provider, Stripe.
When a user wishes to purchase a consulting package, they are forwarded to Stripe to input their billing information securely. Stripe acts as the processor for payment delivery and an independent controller for regulatory compliance.
- Stripe Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. manages the transaction.
- By proceeding with the payment, the Customer accepts Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3.3 Invoicing
Following a successful payment via Stripe, the purchase information is forwarded to our invoicing partner, Billingo.
- Billingo Technologies Zrt. (formerly Octonull Kft.) generates and issues a legally compliant electronic invoice based on the details provided during checkout.
- The electronic invoice is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
4. Fulfillment of service
Upon successful payment, the Service Provider will contact the Customer via the provided email address to schedule the purchased consulting hours.
Because the service provided is professional consulting, scheduling is subject to mutual agreement between Roland Zónai (or another designated consultant at 4D Consulting Kft.) and the Client.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws regarding distance contracts, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right may be restricted or lost once the service (the consulting session) has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent.
If a Client wishes to cancel or reschedule a purchased consulting session before it occurs, they must contact the Service Provider directly at roland.zonai@gmail.com. Refunds or rescheduling are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of 4D Consulting Kft., depending on the notice given prior to the scheduled session.
6. Complaint handling
The Contracting Parties shall use their best endeavors to settle any disputes by peaceful negotiation.
The Customer may submit complaints related to the service at:

In the event that a consumer dispute is not settled during consultation, consumers may apply to the Conciliation Board competent for their place of residence or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr/).
7. Content published on the website and copyright
The entire Website (graphic elements, text, case studies, methodologies like "DeepBusiness™" and "Futureproof Business Strategy Model™") is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights owned by 4D Consulting Kft. Use beyond private use is only possible with prior written permission.
8. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Hungarian law.
Please note: The whole text of the present Contract was written in English and Hungarian. Both versions are authentic, but for legal purposes the text in Hungarian is preferred.
