Purpose of data management
The purpose of data management is to facilitate the purchase of consulting packages, enable users to log in and view their orders, handle billing and invoicing, and schedule the consulting services.

Data managed and data processing
The information we collect is strictly limited to what is necessary for providing our consulting services.
- Account and Order Data: To allow users to purchase consulting packages and view their order history, we collect basic identification data (Name, Email). This is the key data collected on our platform.
- Payment Data (Stripe): When a user purchases a consulting package, they are forwarded to Stripe. Stripe collects and processes the billing and payment information. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
- Data Processor: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (and Stripe, Inc.)
- Role: Processor for payment delivery; independent controller for anti-money-laundering, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
- Invoicing Data (Billingo): Purchase information entered in Stripe is used to create legally compliant invoices via the Hungarian Billingo system.
- Data Processor: Billingo Technologies Zrt. (formerly Octonull Kft.)
- Role: Processor for invoice issuance; independent controller for statutory accounting and tax reporting.
- Data Transferred: Name, email address, VAT number (if provided), and billing address.
Data security
We take necessary steps to ensure the security of personal data.
- User accounts and order histories are protected on our platform.
- Financial transactions are secured by Stripe, which operates under strict financial regulations and security standards (including PCI compliance). Stripe uses encryption to protect sensitive data.
- Invoicing data is securely processed by Billingo in accordance with Hungarian tax and accounting laws.
